Over the weekend, I meet up with a few of my favorite blogger friends to participate in Utica Square‘s Fashion on the Square. If you’re not local, you may not be familiar with Utica Square, but it is Tulsa’s Premier Shopping Center. It has been our go to destination for girls day with my Mom (and now my daughter!) for over 20 years! Each year they partner with Runway Tulsa to present Fashion In The Square; a full day of shopping, giveaways and a Merchant Runway Show. All leading up to the big Runway Tulsa event that evening!
This year, they invited me and a few other local bloggers to walk in the Merchant Runway Show. They paired each of us up with a Utica Square retailer and I was thrilled to be partnered with Pavilion! If that sound familiar, thats because I did a collaboration with Pavilion last year; here and here. The girls at Pavilion were so much fun to work with! I loved the outfits they chose for the show and was so honored to wear them and represent their brand.
The day of the event turn out to be super cold and rainy, but the show went on! We all froze, but still had so much fun! I always love a chance to spend extra time with my blogger friends, so we made the best of it! I loved seeing so many friends there too!
Huge thank you to Utica Square and Runway Tulsa for including me in your event! I had the best day and can’t wait for next year!

All the praise hands because it finally feels like Fall in Oklahoma this week! It’s the perfect excuse to bring all my favorite cozy cardigans out of storage (and stock up on a few new ones!). This cardigan from Beau & Arrow is one I have been waiting to get my hands on! A few weeks ago, Meagan (Owner of Beau & Arrow) invited me to go with her to Dallas to buy for the store. It was a serious dream and we had so much fun! One of my favorite buys from that trip was this cozy metallic cardigan (and this blouse, that came in a close second!)!
Brian and I are headed to Chicago in a few weeks, so naturally I reached out on Instagram and ask you all for the best places to eat, shop and what we needed to see while we are there. I received so many great recommendations! The most common one (besides RPM Italian) was to wear comfortable shoes. Apparently Chicago is a walking city and I need to plan on being on my feet all day. My first thought, I probably need a pair of Golden Goose sneakers, because those will go with everything I pack. It took me 1.5 seconds to pull out of that and turn my search to something more realistic. A cute Golden Goose Dupe. Since then, I’ve been searching retailers and pinning style inspiration like crazy.
It’s here and I am so excited! I’ve been working on a little something behind the scenes and I am thrilled to finally share it with you! Say hello to the newest edition to the Shoplindsey x Micale|Lynn Collaboration! When I worked with Micale|Lynn last Fall, you all received the blush velvet Shoplindsey scrunchie so well! We restocked it multiple times and I loved hearing your feedback! It made the decision to design another Scrunchie with my favorite girls so easy!
Happy Nordstrom Anniversary Sale Day! If you’re a cardholder (debit card included!), you can begin to shop today with early access! I was up early pulling a few of my favorites to share with you today, but over the next few weeks, I will share a few different categories for easy shopping. Everything from menswear, kids, to beauty. I am so happy to serve as a resource for you as you are shopping the sale!
A few things to keep in mind while reading this post;
Good morning, girls! Welcome to another edition of The Friday Five; a fun series where I’ll share my top 5 favorite things I’m loving on the internet each week! Admittedly, this week’s Friday Five got a little themey, but with the Fourth right around the corner, I thought it would be ok just for this week!
The Fourth of July is right around the corner and I am in full outfit planning mode! We normally play it pretty low key on the Fourth. My sisters and their families are usually in town, so it’s a family day for us! We plan to swim all day, cook out in the evening and settle in to watch fireworks! Lucky for us, our neighborhood puts on the BEST fireworks display, so we just take chairs and blankets out to the driveway and watch from there!
Am I the only one that is on a constant hunt for the perfect white tee? I swear I have 8-10 white tops hanging in my closet, because I am always trying to find the perfect white tee. When Megan and I were working on the June Shoplindsey x Beau & Arrow collection, I knew I wanted to add a good white tee (because what is better than a white tee in the Summer Time?!). I wanted it to be simple and versatile (so you could wear it year round), but I wanted it to be a little different and on brand. I am so in love the white tee we found!
Good morning and welcome to The Friday Five; a fun new series here on le blog! Each week I’ll share my top 5 favorite things that I’m either purchasing or just loving from around the internet! This week obviously has a theme! I’ve been spending my days planning of our beach vacation in August, so I’m in total Summer, beachy vibes mode right now! Are you headed anywhere with a beach this Summer?
In April, I had the opportunity to work with Terra Wilkison, Owner of Salon 504 in Fort Smith. Since then, I have been counting down the days until I could share this post with you! Honestly, I wanted to write it right away, but knew if I wanted to give my real, authentic opinion, that would only come with time. We are 2 months in and I am so excited to share about my experience with Terra, the girls at Salon 504 and Natural Beaded Row Extensions!
If you’ve been following me for a while, you know that I chopped my hair off in January.
