I’ve said it once and I will say it again; nothing beats an oversized, flowy dress in the Summertime! It’s one piece that you can throw on and go and still look put together! Style it with wedges, heels or sneakers. Go for it girl, there are no rules in the Summertime! I’ve never been one to shy away from a trend and I am absolutely here for the puff sleeve trend!
I am obsessed with this dress from H&M. The blue floral is giving me all the 1990 vibes and the dramatic sleeve/ruffle are right up my alley. Im styling it here with a great pair of leopard wedges, but I also have worn it with my favorite white sneakers and a belt bag and it was perfection! I love the versatility!
Full disclosure, body image talk… I’ve never been in love with my arms. They are big and have zero definition- actually when I was in middle school a kid called them thick and I think thats where my dislike of them started. Even through all my years of acceptance and loving this body that the Lord gave me (which I do! And I’m incredibly proud of the way I have changed the narrative towards my body, especially as a mama), I still find myself trying to hide my arms. Im working through it, but with the puff sleeve… you would never know whats under there and Im here for that! 🙂
