If you’ve been following along with style trends (if you’re not, thats ok! Thats what I’m here for!) you have noticed that animal print is everywhere. Leopard made up a huge part of our style trends for the better half of 2018, but from what I am noticing, snakeskin is giving leopard a run for its money.
Admittedly, snakeskin can be intimidating, but I’m hoping to show you a few different takes on the trend that would be easy for anyone to pull off! You’ll see a few different variations of this print in my wardrobe this season, but today we’re focusing on this dress. I’m obsessed with this dress from the Shoplindsey x Beau & Arrow Collection and it’s versatility! The pallet is soft, which makes it a great neutral and a staple in your wardrobe. I’m sharing 3 ways to style it here today and I have also saved a try on session on my InstaStory highlights to see 3 additional ways to style.

For this look, I wanted it to be more classic and sophisticated, so I went with the less is more rule (which was honestly super hard for me!). I let the dress stand on its own and paired it with a great nude leather pump and easy accessories. I will grab a neutral clutch to pair with this on the way out the door.

My two best tips for casual chic; denim and a great pair of sneakers (also seen here). This look will take you from weekday errands to weekend brunch. Swap the denim jacket out and throw your favorite cropped knit sweater over the dress for another fun casual look.

I think I could have taken this look one step further and added my faux leather moto jacket, but even without it, I’m loving this more edgy look. Add a great pair of Over the Knee boots and you’re ready for date night or dinner with girlfriends!
